Over a third of employees feel that they don’t get enough natural light in their workspace. According to Harvard Business Review that published the results of a survey in which they found that the absence of natural light and outdoor views hurts the employee experience.

Breaks and physical activity: take regular breaks and move around. Short walks, stretch breaks, or even in-office fitness sessions can help reduce stress and improve focus.
