The non-profit organization has a board of five members, who are responsible for the strategic plan, organization and daily activities to achieve the objectives. In accordance with the non-profit status, the board members do not get financial compensation for their activities.

Initiierte mehrere internationale Konsortien, wie die Global Lighting Association, Zhaga, die Connected Lighting Alliance und LightingEurope.
Präsident LightingEurope 2013–2017; Präsident Global Lighting Association 2007 – 2017.
Marijke Gordijn – Mitglied, wissenschaftliche Beraterin
Mehr als 30 Jahre Erfahrung auf dem Gebiet der Chronobiologie, Schlafregulierung, Chronotherapie und der nicht-visuellen Wirkungen von Licht. Gründer/Inhaber von Chrono@Work und Gastforscher an der Universität Groningen, Vorsitzender des wissenschaftlichen Beirats der niederländischen Schlaf-Wach-Gesellschaft und Vizepräsident der Gesellschaft für Lichtbehandlung und biologische Rhythmen.
Virginie Gabel – Mitglied, wissenschaftliche Beraterin
12 years of experience in the field of chronobiology. Mostly studied the effects of light and aging on sleep. Focused now on sleep research in extreme condition as a guest researcher at the University of Caen, France. Founder/owner of Clock&me, consultancy in biological rhythms for companies.
Dave Hollingsbee – Mitglied, Lichtexperte
Dave has been designing and making lights for 25 years. Leading the capable team at Stoane Lighting, based in Scotland, for more than half of that time. Stoane Lighting produce sustainable, high quality lighting equipment for a wide variety of project types all over the world.
Roger Sexton – member, light expert
Roger worked in the industry for 37 years before retiring in 2025. His roles have centred around explorations of new product and technology ideas with lighting designers and architects, for three manufacturers: Philips, Xicato and Stoane Lighting. This body of work has included interfacing with universities for primary research and with end-users for mock-ups and trials. Since 2023 he has worked with Stoane Lighting and UCL with in-workplace application studies around the biological effects of light on circadian rhythm, sleep, mood, alertness.
